All tickets are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated on the service page or ticket.
*If trips are combined or rescheduled more than one hour, it is eligible for a refund. This does not include traffic delays.
*If a trip is cancelled due to low passenger demand, all tickets on that trip will be refunded.
A ticket booked in advance is a seat guarantee unless otherwise stated. If you are not ready to board the vehicle 10 minutes before departure, your seat is no longer guaranteed.
We are not responsible for issues at any theme park or other destination. In some cases, we will allow you to switch dates if the weather is bad on an amusement park service.

Discounts available for Kids ages 3-12 and Seniors ages 65+.
All travel must be booked online through our website.
Travel times are subject to traffic and weather conditions. We are not responsible for missed flights for any reason.
Tickets are refundable 72 hours before the trip and non-refundable afterwards.
