To close out CCPAC’s 10th Anniversary Season, we return to one of the productions that holds a special place in our company’s history: Next to Normal.
This special 10th Anniversary remount brings together original cast members alongside new faces, creating a unique opportunity to revisit this powerful production while introducing it to a new generation of performers and audiences.
Next to Normal follows Diana Goodman, a suburban mother navigating the complexities of family, love, loss, and mental health. As her family struggles to find their way through the challenges they face, the lines between memory, reality, and hope begin to blur.
Featuring a dynamic rock score by Tom Kitt with a book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey, Next to Normal is an emotionally charged and deeply human musical that explores the ways families hold together, fall apart, and find their way forward.
As CCPAC’s 10th Anniversary Season finale, this production celebrates where we have been, the artists who have helped shape our company, and the stories we continue to tell.
