Join us for an unforgettable night where food, music, and community come together. Two-time New York Timesbestselling cookbook author and TV host Jake Cohen brings his signature warmth, humor, and love of modern Jewish cooking to this high-energy, hands-on challah baking experience—followed by a DJ-fueled dance party.
Jake will guide participants through the challah-making process from start to finish, helping each guest braid their own loaf to take home and bake, while sharing stories from his culinary journey—from working in some of New York’s top restaurants and test kitchens to authoring the beloved cookbooks Jew-ish and I Could Nosh. Known for making Jewish food feel fresh, approachable, and fun, Jake creates an atmosphere that feels less like a class and more like a great night out.
With music in the air, dough in your hands, and great people all around, this is not your typical baking workshop—it’s the ultimate mash-up of cooking, music, and celebration.
