NEXT UP: Generation AI
AI, Technology & the Generations Shaping What Comes Next with KIM LEAR
Technology is moving faster than ever. AI is transforming how we work, learn, communicate, consume information, and connect with one another. But its impact isn’t the same across generations.
Join leading generational researcher Kim Lear for a fascinating look at how AI and rapidly evolving technology are accelerating generational change and reshaping what comes next.
From Gen Z entering the workforce to Millennials moving into leadership, Gen X navigating constant disruption, and older generations adapting to an increasingly digital world, Kim will explore how different generations are responding to this moment and what those differences mean for our workplaces, families, schools, communities, and culture.
Drawing on 15 years of research into generational mindsets and human behavior, Kim will unpack the trends shaping our future and offer a thought-provoking perspective on the opportunities, challenges, and questions emerging as technology continues to evolve.
The evening will conclude with an audience Q&A, giving guests the opportunity to join the conversation and ask their own questions about AI, technology, generational change, and what may be ahead.
