The Broadside and NOLA X  NOLA present the first Broadside Picnic for the 2025 Fall Season. The Blues Picnic features: The Johnny Sansone Band with John Fohl + Johnny Moeller(Fabulous Thunderbirds, Texas Headhunters, Marcia Ball) , Johnny Mastro and Mama's Boys, plus a solo set from Jesse Cotton Stone.  The Broadside is excited to partner with NOLA X NOLA for the return of this beloved daytime series.  It is a wonderful way to spend a beautiful fall afternoon with family and friends.  There will be activities for the kids and YES, the Saints game will be on. Be on the lookout  for our next picnic in the series this Fall, coming soon to The Broadside.  As always we will have the bar open and the food will be delightful.

FAQ

  • The showtime listed for the event is the time the event starts. Doors will generally open an hour before the listed show time unless otherwise listed.
  • We allow pets during the day, but not at night for music (anything after 7pm). Service animals are always allowed
  •  Please do not park in the Broad Theater parking lot. We have a parking lot for The Broadside and plenty street parking available on Toulouse and Lafitte. If you would like to be escorted to your car, please ask the Sheriff on duty. You may also park in the Auto Zone parking lot if they are closed. 
  • Our outdoor space has a variety of seating options such as benches, picnic tables, chairs, and stools. If you require a seat for health reasons or disability, please ask a staff member and they can provide you with a chair.
