Not Your Bubbie’s Passover Desserts

Thursday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m.
Glazer Campus

Sponsored by Glazer Campus Women's Groups and Jewish Food Lab

 

Come and join other Eastside women as we taste and learn through conversation and cooking demos about new options for seder desserts. There will be a dessert buffet along with a coffee cart serving specialty coffees (some spiked!).

 

Samplings will include: Pavlova Cupcakes with Raspberry Sauce (demo), Apricot and Almond Olive Oil Cake, Buckwheat and Tahini Brownies, Strawberry and Rhubarb Compote with Matzo Streusel Topping, Cream Puffs/Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce (demo)

 

This event is co-sponsored with the Jewish Food Lab of Wilshire Boulevard Temple. The Jewish Food Lab is dedicated to celebrating the tastes and traditions of global Jewish food and culture. Grounded in the richness of Jewish experience and history, the Jewish Food Lab strives to create educational and experiential opportunities for all the senses.
