Welcome to the Nova Scotia Works Fall Job Fair Employer Registration!
Job Seekers: This is not a registration page for job seekers. Job Seekers do not need to pre-register. Click here to sign up for notifications about the Fall Job Fair.
Nova Scotia Works, in partnership with the employment centres Job Junction, Opportunity Place, TEAM Work Cooperative and YMCA Halifax, host Job Fairs connecting job seekers and employers.
HRM and area employers who are actively hiring in Fall 2025 are welcome to register for a complimentary booth space. Please note the following conditions for a complimentary booth space:
- Businesses and organizations must be registered in Nova Scotia and actively hiring in Fall 2025 for job openings in Nova Scotia.
- Businesses and organizations are strictly prohibited against soliciting for clients or customers at the Job Fair.
- Companies are required to send a list of their current job opening(s) prior to the job fair for publishing on the event website.
- Booths must be staffed from 11 am to 4 pm. Early departure prior to 4 pm is not permitted.
NS Works Fall Job Fair - October 7th, 2025, 11 am - 4 pm
9 am-10:30 am Employer set up
11 am-4 pm Job Fair open to job seekers
4 pm Job Fair closes
4-5 pm Employers move out
Your Complimentary Booth:
Your 8'x10' booth will feature 3' high side walls, an 8' back wall (pipe and drape), 1 x 6' x 2' covered table, 2 chairs and access to power.
You must supply your own extension cord.
Other Features:
- Interpreters will be available for ASL and French. Other languages TBD.
- A light lunch for up to 2 representatives, plus access to coffee, tea and water, in a private rest area. There is a cafe onsite for any additional food and beverage needs.
- Job Seekers will have access to a copier service to print or copy their resume.
Parking Information:
Free parking is available onsite, subject to availability.
Cancellations/No Shows:
Significant funds and resources from Nova Scotia Works make it possible to offer booths at the Fall Job Fair at no cost to actively hiring employers. If you are no longer actively hiring, or are not able to staff your booth, please advise us by October 1st. Your booth will be released to the next company on the wait list.
Solicitation:
Employers and their representatives are not permitted to, directly or indirectly, market, offer, sell or otherwise furnish any products or services to the participants of any Nova Scotia Works Job Fair. Failure to comply may result in denial of registration for future job fairs.
