Welcome to the Nova Scotia Works Spring Job Fair Employer Registration!
Job Seekers: This is not a registration page for job seekers. Job Seekers do not need to pre-register. Click here to sign up for job seeker information. DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR WORK.
Nova Scotia Works, in partnership with the employment centres Job Junction, TEAM Work Cooperative and YMCA Halifax, host Job Fairs connecting job seekers and employers.
HRM and area employers who are actively hiring in Spring 2026 are welcome to register for a complimentary booth space. Please note the following conditions for a complimentary (no cost) booth space:
- Businesses and organizations must be registered in Nova Scotia and actively hiring for job openings in Nova Scotia at the time of the job fair.
- Businesses and organizations are strictly prohibited against soliciting for clients or customers at the Job Fair. Sales material and related items are not permitted in the booths.
- Registered booth holders are required to send a list of their current job openings to the organizers for publishing on the event website. Failure to do so will result in a termination of the booth reservation.
- Registered booth holders are required to have staff in their booth for the duration of the event. Early departure is not permitted.
NS Works Spring Job Fair - April 14th & 15th, 2026
You may register for one booth on April 14th or April 15th. Choose an industry below that most closely matches your industry. If you are not sure, contact us. You may only register for one day.

Your Complimentary Booth:
Your pipe and drape booth will have an 8' high back wall and 3' high side walls, a covered 6' x 2' table and 2 chairs.
Other Features:
Job Seekers will have access to a printing centre to print or copy their resume.
Interpreters will be available for ASL and French. Other languages TBD.
Attendees will have access to staffed calming/quiet room.
Employers will have access to a light lunch for a maximum of 2 representatives, plus access to coffee, tea and water, in a private rest area. Breaks are not scheduled.
Parking Information:
Free parking is available onsite, subject to availability.
Power:
Power drops will be available at regular intervals. You are responsible for bringing your own extension cord. Do not rely on your device's power cable to reach the closest available power drop. We recommend bringing a 10' extension cord.
Cancellations/No Shows:
Significant funds and resources from Nova Scotia Works make it possible to offer booths at our Job Fairs at no cost to actively hiring employers. If you are no longer actively hiring, or are not able to staff your booth, please advise us by April 6th. Your table will be released to the next company on the wait list.
Solicitation:
Employers and their representatives are not permitted to, directly or indirectly, market, offer, sell or otherwise furnish any products or services to the participants of any Nova Scotia Works Job Fair. Failure to comply may result in denial of registration for future job fairs.
