Each gathering brings a beloved book to life through chef-crafted dishes inspired by its pages. Whether you're an avid reader, a passionate foodie, or simply looking for a unique night out, Literary Bites offers the perfect blend of great stories, delicious food, and lively conversation.
Join us as we celebrate the connection between literature and cuisine—one bite at a time!
This month, we will discuss Like Wafers in Honey by Leah Eskin
About the Book: Journey from wartime Italy to 1960s America in this moving story of survival, family, immigration, and the powerful ways food preserves memory and culture. With more than 40 recipes woven throughout the novel, Like Wafers in Honey is as much a celebration of food and heritage as it is a story of two remarkable women.

Length: Approximately 2 hours
Format: Experience. Everyone in the class can enjoy the menu items made while discussing this month's book.
Location: First Floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
