**About the Instructor**
Lucy Serrano holds a Master's Degree in Counseling – Applied Behavior Analysis from CSULA and has worked in counseling for 27 years. She has taught courses on Women's Self-Empowerment, The Grieving Process, Personal Motivation, Healthy/Unhealthy Relationships, Stress Management, Managing Chronic Pain, The Power of Affirmations, Attachment Styles, Domestic Violence, Love Languages, and Establishing Boundaries, among many other topics. She also hosts a YouTube vlog, *Cafecito Con Lucy*, where she teaches holistic personal growth topics in Spanish. Lucy began her own healing journey over a decade ago, which led her to study and integrate energy healing, life coaching, Reiki, tarot and numerology reading, channeling, past lives, and breath work with family constellations into her counseling background. Her primary desire is to contribute to each individual's higher awareness in service of raising universal consciousness.
