Join us for the newest installment in our Whiskey Tasting Series, Heritage & Innovation in Irish Whiskey, hosted in our private banquet room at our Everett location on Wednesday, September 10th, from 6–7pm.
This theme explores the balance between tradition and modern creativity in Irish whiskey. From timeless single malts to contemporary blends and bold cask finishes, this guided tasting will highlight how distillers are honoring heritage while embracing innovation. It’s a perfect way to experience both the classic flavors and the exciting new directions of Irish whiskey.
Tickets will be limited to the first 50 guests. Hosted by our in-house whiskey enthusiast Jim Stephanson, guests will enjoy four .75 oz pours of premium Irish whiskey, tasting notes, discussion, and thoughtfully paired appetizers. Along the way, Jim will share stories of Irish whiskey’s history, evolution, and the unique character of each featured pour.
Featured Lineup:
Two Stacks Blended Irish Whiskey – The First Cut Signature Blend – A unique blend of grain, malt, and pot still whiskey, bold yet balanced with a contemporary flair.
Two Stacks Single Grain Double Barrel – A modern single grain whiskey aged in both bourbon and virgin oak, showcasing smooth sweetness with depth and spice.
Dublin Ink Warrior’s Gold Sherry Cask – A sherry-finished Irish whiskey rich with dried fruit, nutty undertones, and warming spice.
Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey – Small-batch craftsmanship from County Kerry, elegant with layers of fruit, spice, and coastal character. Shawn visited the Distillery in July and is excited to share about his experience there.
