About the Speaker
Bob Schuler is a customer experience and hospitality leader who has spent his entire career building customer-focused cultures across the hospitality, events, and trade show industries.
During a career spanning Marriott Hotels & Resorts, the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, and ANDMORE, Bob has led sales, convention services, operations, and customer experience initiatives across some of the industry's most respected organizations. Bob has focused on building service-driven cultures, developing customer-facing teams, and delivering exceptional experiences for guests, attendees, and industry partners.
Beyond his professional career, Bob has been deeply involved with the Peach Bowl for over 30 years. The most charitable Bowl in the business has also been recognized for sustaining a first-class hospitality driven culture. Bob, most recently served as Chair of its Board of Trustees.
Bob has contributed to various industry boards, including the IAEE SE Chapter, and continues to serve on the board of the Peach Bowl, the College Football Hall of Fame, and is currently the President and CEO of the Hospitality Business Network. He remains passionate about helping organizations build service cultures that create lasting customer relationships.
