Join Mahj Mama for a beginner friendly Mahjong lesson.
Hybrid: New or Practicing players
This class is designed for
1: New to the game players or people who have not had any instruction in a long time and need a refresh.
2: Players who have taken Mahjong 101 or have a basic understanding of the game and want to sharpen their skills.
We’ll do a game play summary and then dive deeper into dealing, the Charleston, strategy, decision-making, and improving your pace of play. You’ll get hands-on practice with gameplay scenarios, navigating the card, calling for exposures, playing defensively, and shifting your hand when needed. Ideal for beginners looking to level up from practice play to confident gameplay.
All you need to bring is yourself!! Sign up with your friends or make new ones!
Arrival at 9:15 AM to grab coffee and lesson will start promptly at 9:30 AM.
