Skip the line and taste more tacos with a tasting ticket at Off the Grid: Fort Mason Center Taco Takeover on Friday, May 6th!


12 food trucks are competing for the title of best taco, with night-only specials that include a Mexico City Al Pastor, a Braised Lamb Taco, a Crispy Quesabirria and more! Broke Ass Stuart will be the evening's Emcee, guiding you through the night and highlighting the many surprises in store 

 

With a tasting ticket, you get to sample taco creations from participating Off the Grid creators, sip on Cazadores & Patron margaritas, and cast your vote for the best taco in the bay.

 

The night will feature:

  •  Dozens of exclusive taco creations from Off the Grid mobile food creators like Papalote, El Fuego, Al Pastor Papi and more.
  •  Cazadores and Patron serving margarita specials
  • Awards for 'Best Taco' (Judge's Choice and People's Choice) to be crowned — cast your ballot to win prizes!
  • Latin tunes all night!

Off the Grid

Off the Grid began in June 2010 with the simple idea of grouping Street Food creators together to create an experience that allows neighbors to connect with friends, and families to reconnect with each other.

 

Since then, our markets have become a Bay Area icon and quintessential Bay Area activity, known for its unique food and cultural experiences. We currently operate 60+ weekly public events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and serve over 1 million meals a year through our public sale events.

 

After seeing people’s love of street food, we decided to bring food to where people work and where they make memories – with Off the Grid Catering , which serves over 2 million meals a year.
