Okey Dokey started as a passion project between two friends to create art that could withstand the test of time. Over the years, the band grew frustrated with the distance between themselves and their listeners.

The new album finds the band expanding their swinging rock music to encapsulate cosmic orchestral pop, squishy funk, swelling folk rock, and everything in between—shattering any boundaries they’d previously set for themselves.

Their latest album, One Upon Once Time features behind-the-boards contributions from Dave Harrington (Darkside), Grizzly Bear‘s Chris Taylor, and members of My Morning Jacket and the Shins.

Where most bands attempt to use their exclusivity and fame to attract their fan base, Okey Dokey wants to embellish their inclusivity and welcome anyone and everyone to walk beside them on their journey.

Opening the show is Gatlin. Gatlin combines instinctual humanity with daring vulnerability to craft musical moments of meaning and melody. The Nashville based artist is originally from Orlando, FL and made her way to Nashville in 2017 to pursue music full time. Consistent through her range, Gatlin’s music brims with confessional lyricism and raw storytelling. Her songs blend a vast internal world of feelings and thoughts with a rich external world of people and places - bringing listeners to the girl who stands at the intersection, Gatlin.

Gatlin released her debut EP Sugarcoated in summer 2020. It featured the single “Talking to Myself,” which has garnered over 3.4 million Spotify streams to date. Spanning 230,000+ monthly listeners, Gatlin’s first releases quickly earned her placements on Spotify’s “Fresh Folk”, "Indie Pop”, “Chill Pop”, "Fresh Finds: Pop”, "Soft Pop”, “soda”, “undercurrents”, “Women of Acoustic”  playlists, as well as Apple’s “Acoustic Chill” and “Breaking: Singer/Songwriter” playlists. Her sophomore EP “To Remind Me of Home” released June 25th. The EP is a collection of songs associated with heartache, feelings of disconnection, and the beauty found in both leaving and returning to the place you call home.
