Description
Once in a Blue Moon hits the road - and on October 23 Mama Said String Band, Joe Clark, and JD Shelburne will come together again - on the other side of the state - Building CommUNITY Across Kentucky! This vendor fair, carnival, and concert at Drake Creek Golf Resort features a private VIP area with covered seating for the concert. This concert will benefit TWO groups of amazing kids!
606 Children's Relief is a donation drive spearheaded by Revolutionary Events we are working directly with the Rosseau Volunteer Fire Department out of Breathitt County. They are currently spending $1900 a week in fuel costs and still have residents living in tents or on their porches. We strive to provide the necessities while also providing ways to make kids smile.
In Building CommUNITY Across Kentucky, this concert will also benefit the Student Equality Advisory Council at Paducah Tilghman High. Funds from this benefit will be used to sponsor their participation in a conference!
From one side of Kentucky to the other - we are a commUNITY! When times are tough, we rise up. Help us put smiles on the faces of kids who have been through enough! Let’s change their world together!
