Step into The Josephine, New Orleans’ beautiful new venue on Napoleon Avenue, for a festive evening with Crescent City Stage, with the support of Amanda and Ryan Berger, The Villere Family, Neel Gupta and a Community Arts Grant through the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation.
Our talented actors will present a one-night only staged reading of Patrick Barlow’s inventive re-imagination of A Christmas Carol, an intimate, lively retelling of Dickens’ classic, full of humor, heart, and holiday spirit.
Sip from the cash bar, enjoy small bites from The Josephine and help us toast to a bright future for Crescent City Stage in 2026 and beyond!
Event starts at 6:00pm, followed by the reading at 7:30pm.
Featuring a cast comprised of Actors' Equity Association members, directed by Elizabeth Newcomer with special projections by James Lanius.
Special thanks to the generous support of everyone at The Josephine, Gary and Kate Elkins, and Miriam Hollar.
