Join us for One Pot Supreme, a chef-led demonstration featuring Chef Gwyn’s famous recipes that prove amazing meals don’t need a lot of cleanup. In this engaging session, you’ll watch as our Chef prepares a variety of hearty, flavorful dishes—all in a single pot. You’ll learn tips and techniques for layering flavors, cooking efficiently, and achieving restaurant-quality results at home. Generous tastings throughout the class let you savor each creation while picking up practical insights that will transform your weeknight cooking. This class is perfect for anyone who loves big flavor with minimal fuss.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 2 hours.
- Format: Demonstration: The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
