Join Winemaker, Kerem Baki, for the first of our Vintage Vertical Series: tasting of Onyx - our 100% estate-grown Tannat red wine varietal.
This exclusive tasting is designed for guests to explore the evolution of Onyx over 8+ vintages dating back to 2006, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the varietal, and a chance to reflect on future vintages not yet released! Your tasting experience will elevate with guidance on questions like: How long do you age your wine for? What types of food do you pair them with? When is the right time to open the bottle so it is a perfect experience?
Tasting tickets include a light food pairing, carefully curated to complement the featured vintages, and a post-tasting discussion with the Winemaker during which time your favorite Onyx vintage will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. We host this event in our Fox Den which provides an intimate fireside setting for guests to delve deeper into the intricacies of each vintage and gain insight into Kerem’s winemaking process, style, and passion. Share your own thoughts and preferences and become a part of the experience throughout the evening.
