Time: 5:45 pm-6:45 pm (60 minute class)

Class Description: A movement class designed for all bodies and movers. This class is playful and physical. Together we will access pockets of possibility in our moving bodies and discover our incredible propensity for creativity and physical expression. Yoga, pilates, contemporary dance and guided improvisation all blend together to invite pure pleasure of movement and deep physical embodiment. Come for good music, good sweat and really feel good moves. This class truly is for all bodies, if you are not a dancer please don’t shy away - all that is needed is an open mind and curious body.

Teacher Bio: Sayer grew up in the woods of Massachusetts where she was raised part in the garden and part in her mother’s yoga studio. Movement and nature have been the love language from the get go.
