Maine-based Oshima Brothers are young Japanese-Italian siblings who blend blood harmonies into an indie soul “sound that is infectious." (NPR) They’ve performed hundreds of concerts and amassed millions of streams on Spotify. On stage, Sean and Jamie offer lush vocals, live looping, and as many instruments as they can hold. When not touring relentlessly, they like to explore the rocky coast, drink espresso, modify guitar pedals, host dinner parties, dance until it becomes morning, and write songs in their little home studio. With an extremely DIY approach, they’ve recorded all of their albums and music videos, and even filmed and directed a 45-minute visual album. Maine Public Radio says their “harmonies can’t be beat. They are uplifting and, let’s face it, we need uplifting these days.”
