Description
A chef de partie, a pastry chef, and a sous chef walk into a bar (Cosmos to be specific)… have some post service drinks and come up with an oyster night pop up.
A dozen oysters prepared three ways, house made bread service, dessert flight, and good vibes.
$75/person (alcohol and gratuity not included)
6 pm - 10 pm (or until sold out)
Reservations recommended. Limited walk in seating available.
