Oyster Roast - Tide to Table

Tide to Table at Wilson Family Farm.

We invite you to join us on the farm for a classic oyster roast. With each ticket, you receive "All You Can Eat" oysters and soup prepared by Chef Paul Brock from The Feed Mill.

We have invited two guest to join our oyster roast, Trey Ford and Hunter Mathews. Trey is responsible for programing and strategic partnerships at St. Johns Riverkeeper and is currently serving as the Chair of the Duval Soil & Water Conservation District. Hunter is the founder and director of Jax Oyster Conversation, the Riverkeeper's partner on the oyster restoration projects.

Come shuck, sip and stay awhile.
