Heartlands Kitchen

Heartlands Kitchen is where we share our love of food with others. Our happy place is teaching others how to better feed themselves and their families. The kitchen is the heart of the home, the place where the most important memories are made, the biggest conversations are had and the real connections grow.

At Heartlands Kitchen we don't just teach how to follow a recipe. We teach...

  •  traditional skills

  • the science of food

  • creativity and confidence

  • how to balance flavours and most importantly,

  • how to connect to the source of our food, our history, our sense of place and to those we share food with

Our Seasonal Cooking Experiences are focused on creating connection through a shared food experience that provides both lasting memories and relevant skills.

Classes require a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 12 guests to ensure the best possible experience. They can be held in our commercial kitchen at Brickendon Estate in Longford or in your own home kitchen.
