Paella is one of the most emblematic dishes of Spanish cuisine, and especially of the Valencian region. There are many variations of paella, but the traditional one is made with rabbit, chicken, artichoke and fava beans. This recipe will show you how to make a delicious and authentic paella in your own kitchen, using a paella pan and a gas burner.
