502 South Farwell StreetGet your history on with this time warp back to the 1950’s when Mid-Century modern design was all the rage.
We will get an overview of the elements that make up this classic design style and have ½ hour to view live cats and take inspiration photos before heading to the classroom to plan out and paint our own unique cat themed color blocked acrylic originals.
Simple color blocking and a variety of design stencils are available to help make this a fun beginning painting event, or sketch and paint your own cat poses in the Mid-Century style.
All supplies to paint a 12" x 12" canvas are provided in the ticket cost.

Classes are intimate small group settings. We value individual artistic expression.
Participants do not ‘copy,’ but instead, use an experimental approach as they incorporate new techniques to create works of art.
With small class sizes, events sell out quickly.
