In this class, we focus on how to think like a cook, not just how to follow instructions. You’ll learn flexible cooking formulas, smart substitutions, and the building blocks of flavor that allow you to make delicious food using what’s already in your kitchen. Our chef will guide you through practical techniques, decision-making strategies, and real-world scenarios that home cooks face every day.
Together, we’ll cook several adaptable dishes using common pantry ingredients, demonstrating how small changes can lead to entirely different results—all while building confidence and intuition in the kitchen.

Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
