The first Paper Games Commander Pre-Con tournament is March 14th at 3PM!
We have designed and built 5 mono color tribal commander decks. For $45 choose one and compete against other players for a chance to win all five decks!
Entry gets you the deck, 100 sleeves, and a deck box. There are 10 of each deck and a hard cap of 50 players for the event. Once a deck is sold out that's it, so sign up fast!

FAQ:
Decks: Deck lists may not be modified in any way from what is provided by the tournament. Some printings of cards will be different (Set, boarder, foil vs non, etc) Oracle text will always be used to determine card values and rules. Decks, sleeves, and deck box are part of tournament entry and the registered player owns them at the end of the event.
Determining a winner: In pods of 4 after 3 rounds total points will be calculated. Points are determined based on placement in the pod: 1st = 4 points, 2nd = 3 points, 3rd = 2 points, 4th = 1 point. If after 3 rounds there is not a clear winner of the event. We will cut into pods of players with the highest total points amongst participants. This will continue until there is a clear winner. Prize splitting is allowed but must NOT be part of how a games outcome is determined.
Ties: (Players knocked out simultaneously, or a game going to time) results in the lowest available points. ex 1: Pod with 3 players remaining has player 1 knock out players 2 and 3 in the same turn points would be 1st 4 points, 2nd & 3rd 2 points and 4th 1 point. ex 2: A pod with 2 remaining players goes to time. The results would be 1st and 2nd each get 3 points, 3rd gets 2, and 4th gets 1.
Slow Play: There should not be significant time between game actions taking place. If slow play is suspected call a judge and a warning may be issued. A judge that determines that slow play is taking place to modify the outcome of a game will result in immediate disqualification from the event.
Game Time: Games will be best of 1, 55 minute rounds, with 1 turn per player once the clock runs out. (Active player will finish their turn, then each remaining player gets a turn)
Prize: One deck of each available type, White, Blue, Black, Red, Green in addition to the deck you get as part of tournament entry. Additional prizes may be announced.
Attendance: If you do not make the event by event start you will receive lowest possible points at the pod you were assigned. At the end of game 1 you will be dropped from the event. You may pick up your deck, box, and sleeves at a later time.
Start Time: Tournament Start is 3PM. This will include announcements, time to sleeve decks, and other administrative items. Game start is expected at 3:30PM.
