Parallel 44 Vineyard & Winery
Located in the heart of Door County at the corner of Hwy 42 and County P. (Our driveway is on P). Door 44 is a must see with its six acre vineyard and new state of the art facility.
Description
It’s that time of year! Time to bring in the grape harvest.
Steve and Maria would like to invite you to a tradition that is thousands of years old and happens every September and October.
We will be picking grapes at Parallel 44 on:
- Friday, September 19
- Saturday, September 20
- Friday, September 26
- Saturday, September 27
- Thursday, October 9
- Friday, October 10
- Saturday, October 11
In exchange for your amazing help, we will have refreshments, lunch and wine, and a bottle of your choice to bring home with you.
Here is the plan: We convene at 8:30 a.m. for instruction and head out to the vineyard. We will refresh and break for lunch at 11:30 and finish the picking by 2 p.m.
We hope for beautiful fall weather but due to the press of time, we will pick rain or shine. I will have rain ponchos available.
Please sign up for the dates you plan to come as soon as possible as it makes logistical planning so much easier.
