Pass the Plate is a dinner series that fosters community connections through a shared culinary experience. Rooted in the idea that food is a universal bridge, each gathering explores the diverse cultures within our community through the flavors, traditions, and stories behind the dishes.
Each dinner is hosted family-style, featuring five courses that highlight the heritage and creativity of our featured chefs.
For this event, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated meal featuring a welcome course, four savory dishes, and a dessert. Led by our hosts, Charlie and Manny of Bica, the menu offers a creative departure from their usual offerings, allowing them to showcase off-menu dishes that highlight their culinary artistry. Inspired by the freshness of spring, this menu leans fish-forward while incorporating a few unexpected delights.
Each ticket includes a complimentary pour of wine, and additional glasses are available for purchase throughout the evening.
