Description

If you've ever wondered how chefs get that perfect finish on their pasta sauces, this class is for you! We'll walk you through the steps to make a velvety smooth carbonara sauce with guanciale, egg yolks and cheese (served with pasta). On the side, we'll do a truffle garlic bread and a simple green salad with creamy lemon vinaigrette.

*please note: We do not make fresh pasta by hand in this class and will instead focus on other cooking techniques. If this is something you're looking to learn, please explore our "Fresh Pasta" classes (such as bolognese, gnocchi or ravioli!).
