Description

Step into the world of authentic Italian cuisine with our hands-on pasta-making class! In this interactive culinary experience, participants will learn the art of crafting delicious pasta from scratch under the guidance of our expert Chef.

Participants will discover the secrets behind achieving the perfect texture and flavor, from mixing and kneading the dough to shaping various pasta shapes such as fettuccine, tagliatelle, and ravioli.

Along the way, our Chef will share tips on selecting the finest ingredients and mastering traditional techniques passed down through generations.

At the end of the class, students will sit down at the table to enjoy fresh pasta creations, sauces, and some wine

  • Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
