This course is delivered in three, 4-hour virtual sessions during consecutive days.

Participants must have completed PCM Seminar 1 to attend.
This course also serves as a requisite for PCM Provider Certification.

In this advanced course you will gain deeper understanding of the psychological determinants of behavior and practice your communication skills for effective interactions.
