Description
Perfect Arrangement is a story set in the not-so-distant past of the American 1950’s. We follow two married couples, who we quickly discover are not married in the way one would expect. Though, legally, Jim is married to Norma and Millie to Bob, the true marriages are between Millie and Norma, and Jim and Bob. With the Red (and Lavender) scare raging in the government, and Bob and Millie working for the very department trying to hunt them down, the couples must put up airs in increasingly comical situations to avoid being detected- and ultimately decide if they want to risk everything for a chance to live and love out in the open. Perfect Arrangement is a tale of queer joy during times of oppression, and the power of a united community that refuses to be silenced
