Perfect Pairing Event

Description

Pair up and come on out to The Corner Taproom at Sage Alley for a Perfect Pairing Event. Opening March 5, from 12-4 to the public we will be highlighting cheese from Flint Hill Educational Farm (cheese made here in Coopersburg) and meats from Saylor's meats to make you a perfect meat and cheese board to enjoy with pleasantly paired wine/beer and spirits.

Live Music from Stevie Vicks 1-3pm
Learn about our locally sourced treasures and enjoy a great Saturday afternoon.

Tickets include:  Individually designed, preselected cheese and meat boards for your enjoyment.  Flint Hill Farm will be educating us on the types and flavor of cheeses.  3 Wine or 3 Beer tastings will be included and single glasses will be available for purchase.  Assorted menu items will be available to purchase during the Live Music from 1-3.   Flint Hill Farm is a multifaceted Agro-Educational facility actively expanding its programs and retail offerings promoting the awareness of being good stewards of our land, water, and air.
