14624 Solomons Island Road SouthWe are excited to welcome Chef Robert McGowan, formerly the Executive Chef at Washington, DC’s oldest bar and restaurant, the Old Ebbitt Grill, back to the NTTC kitchen. During his 17 year tenure there, he oversaw the feeding of 2,000 people daily. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in his home state of New York, he worked at various restaurants, including as the Executive Chef of Sardi’s in the Theatre District and for Ten’s World Class Cabaret.
In this special class, Chef Robert will lead you through a raw oyster blind tasting and wine pairing, where you are the judge! Afterwards, you’ll enjoy oysters made five different ways. This Oyster Extravaganza is not to be missed!
