Join us for a peaceful fall morning of yoga surrounded by the flower fields at Parker Flower Farms!
Led by Yoga Alliance–certified instructor Mary Slaton, this gentle one-hour flow is designed for all levels, blending easygoing stretches and mindful movement in a relaxed, uplifting setting. Whether you’re a regular on the mat or completely new to yoga, this class is all about slowing down, moving your body, and enjoying a beautiful morning at the farm.
Bring a friend, grab your mat, and start your Saturday among the flowers!
Your ticket includes:
A one-hour relaxed and fun yoga flow — no experience needed
General admission to Parker Flower Farms, with access to our flower fields and two sunflowers. Additional sunflowers and wildflowers are available for purchase separately.
Please bring your own water bottle, towel, and yoga mat.
Parker Flower Farms is an outdoor, working farm, and class will take place on grass. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.
Class is subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather. If the class is canceled, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment.
