This guided tasting experience invites guests to journey through the evolution of our Petit Verdot across eight or more vintages dating back to 2008, offering a deeper perspective on the varietal alongside a first look at select future releases. Led by our Winemaker, the tasting explores aging potential, thoughtful food pairings, and how to recognize the ideal moment to open each bottle at its peak.
Your ticket includes a light culinary pairing crafted to complement each vintage, followed by an intimate post-tasting conversation with the Winemaker. Hosted in our Fox Den, the warm fireside setting creates an inviting atmosphere to explore the nuances of each vintage, gain insight into Kerem’s winemaking philosophy, and exchange personal impressions. Select Petit Verdot vintages will be available by the glass or bottle throughout the day.
