Pricing Structure for Photographers at Agape Farm South

Base Photographer Fee: $25 for 1 hour

  • Includes exclusive access to designated photography areas on the farm for professional photoshoots, lavender fields, other herbs and gardens.

Photographer Rules and Policies

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and to protect the beauty of our farm, we kindly ask that photographers and their clients adhere to the following policies:

  1. Liability Waiver
    • Agape Farm South is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage that occur during your visit. By entering the property, you agree to assume all risks associated with your visit.
  2. Respect the Lavender Fields
    • Do not step on or damage the plants. Always use designated paths.
    • Props or equipment should be placed carefully to avoid harming the lavender or surrounding areas.
  3. Clean Up After Yourself
    • Please take all props, trash, and personal belongings with you when you leave.
    • Trash bins are not provided, so plan to carry out what you carry in.
  4. Permitted Photography Use
    • Photos taken at Agape Farm South may not be used for commercial purposes (such as selling images or products) without prior written consent.
    • Personal, portfolio, and family photography is allowed. For promotional use (e.g., social media marketing), crediting and tagging Agape Farm South is appreciated.
  5. Booking and Payment
    • Reservations must be made in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Full refund with 48hrs cancellation.
    • Payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless the farm cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather).
  6. Arrival and Departure
    • Arrive on time and check in via phone, provided at booking. There is no designated parking. You may drive onto and park anywhere on the field. Do not drive over any agricultural products.
    • Sessions must conclude at the agreed-upon time to accommodate other bookings.
    • There is no power or restroom facilities
    • We employ cellular cameras
    • Please take any trash or debris with you. If you move benches or other things for props, please return to the original location.

Depending on Weather and Mother Nature, blooms or fruiting can be expected:

  • Lavender, May through July and again in September
  • Peach blossoms, Mid February
  • Apple blossoms ?
  • Banana fruiting ?
  • Thai Roselle, October until first frost
  • Native persimmon and muscadine, September, October
  • Zinnia, May and all summer
  • Rudbeckia (Black eyed Susan's), June and all summer
  • Echinacea, June and all summer
