28708 Missouri 7It’s officially Fall…a perfect time for pie! Learn all of the techniques to make a perfect pie crust. You will learn to roll, pinch and make a delicious filling.
We will enjoy some pie to eat and you will take one home to cook at home!
We will be making our Mixed Berry Pie. Since Granny Fay's Pies is our business, we don't give out exact recipes...but we do help you walk through the process of working with your own family recipes or how to find good recipes and the techniques to make them great. We will be making the Mixed Berry Pie for you to take home and bake or freeze for a later date. I will also be showing you proper technique of making cream pies, so I will demonstrate a Chocolate Cream Pie that you will get to enjoy that evening.
We will also start your evening out with a light dinner of Tomato Soup with Sourdough Bread.
We look forward to seeing you and rolling in the dough!
