THE MENU:
First Course:
“Croque Madame” – Crisp sourdough, rich guanciale, baby arugula, and a luscious blistered béchamel.
Paired with Van Duzer Rosé Pinot Noir – fresh, floral, and flirty.
Second Course:
Korean BBQ Pork Belly – Caramelized pork belly from Upholf Farms, nestled on pan-fried noodles with snow peas and tangy pickled carrot.
