Join us for Pilates with Pups Friday May 30th from 6pm to 7pm at the shelter!
Educaton Room in New Facility - 13005 Ernesti Road - Huntley IL 60142
This class will feature a mat based workout designed to engage the mind and work the entire body.
Add the adoptable pups and you have a whole new element of fun!
Fluid movements will focus on strengthening core and increasing flexibility while improving balance and posture.
Come engage in some self-care for a good cause at the shelter!
Please bring a mat! Limited space is available! Must be 16 years old+ to attend.
The class will be run by Carrie from Pilates with a Purpose.
Carrie is a Certified Pilates Instructor with several years of experience!
