🌊🌑 New Moon in Pisces Yoga 🐟🌊
✨ March 18th • 10am-11am ✨
🌑 Join us for a nourishing & introspection Yoga session under this mystical New Moon in Pisces. New Moons mark the end & the beginning of the Lunar Cycle, symbolizing fresh starts, renewed emotional energy & a period of restoration. Pisces energy is ethereal & dreamy, yet illusive & distorted. Combined, this New Moon reflects a surrendering of the past & flowing in alignment with the cosmos.
🐟 In this class you can expect slow, mindful movement & subtle energy work that helps us to connect to this lunation intimately. We will release the need to control and instead allow ourselves to enter a state of flow. Throughout the practice, we will weave in intentions and affirmations that support surrender, trust, and alignment with the unseen forces present in our lives.
🌊 Yoga Mats & Blocks will be provided, however, feel free to bring any of your own equipment to best support you in this class! There are only 10 spots available for each class.
