Needed Supply List for Plein Air Painting Workshop

Basic Limited Palette:

- Titanium/Zinc White

- Phthalo Blue (Gamblin 1980, good pigment load, not professional grade)

- Raw Sienna

- Cadmium Red Light

- Ultramarine Blue

- Alizarin Crimson

- Cadmium Yellow Medium

Expanded Palette (Optional):

- Warm and cool versions of each primary + white:

- Cadmium Lemon, Yellow Ochre

- Cadmium Red, Alizarin Crimson

- Ultramarine Blue, Phthalo Blue

*Note:* All sessions will focus on the limited palette; the expanded palette is for reference.

Surfaces:

- Canvas panels (8x10 recommended; larger sizes like 11x14 are optional)

- Prepare panels with 1-2 coats of gesso

- For stretched canvas, use cardboard behind to block light

**Other Supplies:**

- Plein air easel (lightweight) with tripod, or a sturdy French easel
