Embark on a whimsical artistic journey with our "Plushy Portrait Painting Class" designed especially for creative young minds! This unique and delightful class encourages children to bring a plushy friend to life on canvas, adding a touch of imagination and personal flair to their artistic masterpieces.
Participants will start by choosing their beloved plushy companion as the star of their artwork. We'll have several different plushies from which to choose.
Fun Background Settings: After tracing the plushy outline onto the canvas, the magic begins! Children will have the opportunity to create a vibrant and exciting background for their plushy, turning their canvas into a unique and imaginative world. From enchanted forests to outer space adventures, the possibilities are endless.
Plushy Portraits: After they have created the plushy's setting, your child will paint a charming portrait that captures the personality and essence of their plushy friend.
Guidance from Experienced Instructors: Our experienced and friendly instructor will provide step-by-step guidance, ensuring that every child feels confident and inspired throughout the creative process. They will share tips on color mixing, brush techniques, and encourage the little artists to let their imagination run wild.
Show and Tell: At the end of the class, there will be a fun "Show and Tell" session where children can proudly display their plushy portrait masterpieces. This provides a wonderful opportunity for them to share the stories behind their creations and celebrate each other's unique artistic expressions.
All Materials Provided: We'll supply all the necessary materials, including canvases, paints, brushes, and easels... even the plushy!
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: All guests must be registered for class prior to arrival to guarantee your registration. Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. You can reserve and pay online or visit our studio in person for payment
CLASS TIME: Painting begins promptly at the time listed on the ticket! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to park, check-in, unwind, uncork & get seated! If you are late to the class you can still paint, but catching up is your responsibility. Parking may be available on Moro Street or in the Aggieville Parking Garage.
Registration is non-refundable.
