All tickets are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated on the service page or ticket.
*If trips are combined or rescheduled more than one hour, it is eligible for a refund. This does not include traffic delays.
*If a trip is cancelled due to low passenger demand, all tickets on that trip will be refunded.
A ticket booked in advance is a seat guarantee unless otherwise stated. If you are not ready to board the vehicle 10 minutes before departure, your seat is no longer guaranteed.
We are not responsible for issues at any theme park or other destination. In some cases, we will allow you to switch dates if the weather is bad on an amusement park service.
Description
Tickets are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for a different date if space is available.
Children ages 2 and under ride free when sitting on an adult's lap.
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. We are not responsible for passengers that miss the bus in either direction.
