Start your race day with intention, breath, and movement at our Pre-Race Flow: Yoga & Stretching session. Set against the peaceful backdrop of Bear Lake on the Wedding Lawn, this gentle, guided flow will focus on warming up the body, increasing mobility, and calming the mind.
All levels welcome - mats will be provided, but you can bring your own if you'd prefer.
