Presence Practice is on Wednesdays from 6pm - 8pm and Sundays at 11am - 1pm
The intention of Presence Practice is to meditate and explore slowness. You can opt-into collective processing and digital detoxing. Space for solitude, journaling, reading and reflecting is available in the forest and you can opt-into a live Meditation, led by Community Member Kiona Mercer-Tremblay.
