Join the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Epsilon Omicron Omega Chapter at Apple Cinemas Luxury Dine In & Sports Bar (formerly Spotlight Theatres) in Hartford, Connecticut for a private movie screening of "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" on Sunday, November 13, 2022.

 

TWO show times...3pm and 6pm.

Happy Hour specials available at the Front Street Bistro 3pm - 6pm. Food and drinks can be taken into the theatre.

A $3 parking voucher will be provided to guests who park in the Front St South Lot (located behind Bears BBQ) for any duration of stay up to 24 hours.

 

Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.

 

All proceeds benefit the community programs of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Epsilon Omicron Omega Chapter.

Founded in 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is the nation’s oldest Black Greek Sorority. Its mission is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life, and to be of “Service to All Mankind,” our national motto. On May 6, 1950, Epsilon Omicron Omega became Connecticut’s first graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
