π Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
β’ All private party bookings require full payment or deposit at the time of reservation to secure the date and time.
β’ All payments are non-refundable once the party is booked.
β’ One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
β’ Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
β’ If the host fails to arrive or cancels on the day of the event, the booking is considered forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
β’ If the facility must cancel due to emergency, safety issue, or unforeseen closure, the host will be offered either:
β a full reschedule, or
β a full refund.
β’ Add-ons are reserved specifically for your time slot and are also non-refundable.
